A totally gorgeous day and one of the most beautiful spots on the lake at Flathead made this the perfect day for Dougie and Macall.

This was the neatest thing I have seen in a wedding. So its a wine box with a bottle of wine in it. They also added letters they had written each other, to read on their first anniversary, when they would put new letters and a new bottle of wine in the box for the next year and so on... how cool is that notion!
Congratulations Nacall and Dougie.
Sunset on a perfect day!
Erin and Dwight also convinced me to do their wedding and how could I say no after their awesome engagement session
From spending time with them I know how committed to each other and their families they are. I knew their would be a lot of emotion, connection and love at their wedding - plus the icing on the cake the venue!! One of my favorite spots - Montana Island Lodge
So when they were getting ready Erin's amazing Grandma connected like this with her - I LOVE This Image!!
The ring bearer with his faux hawk!!
And his gorgeous sister.

Three generations - no resemblance?!!!
Dwight did not bring his Harley this time, instead his sweet car made a debut!

The radiant bride.
I love the humor these two share with one another.
And true Montana wedding footwear!! All my photographer friends in California and Florida beat these with Jimmy Choos!
Some funny toasts before the dancing began.
The end of a beautiful day. Congratulations Erin and Dwight. See you soon. Crackle
As many people know this year I have not really taken on weddings. However, some have slipped through my radar as just too special to miss.
Here is the first, it really showed me the gains made by Pinterest over the past year and the amazing handicrafts so many brides spend so much time on. Keely did an amazing job with all her creations and decorations. I totally loved the program.

This is inspired by the beauty of home, and the fact that its summer there!! I have a new idea for a product line called Dreamscapes, and I need summer, or foliage!! Not the whiteness!
So this was the wedding I went home to New Zealand to do, and Russell and Rochelle, very gracefully humored me while I messed around. Thank you Russell and Rochelle for a wonderful day - more images coming tomorrow!
As this is a new process for me I am just so excited and then I got to playing and there are a million ways to make the final conversion - so let me know which are your favorites.
As its a new venture for me what better time to debut it than for our monthly circle of inspiration with my fellow friends and photographers all over the USA. Here is a link to my friend Linda and her very personal tribute to a loved uncle.
Follow on round our circle by clicking the link in each person's blog... Enjoy - btw Inspire group I am so impressed with us Month 4!!!
Now meet the beautiful bride Rochelle!
The wedding was at Wollaston Vineyard in Mahana, on the South Island, just an incredible spot. And this is the wedding party - the gentleman on the end right is Jonty and thanks to him and his bride who got married in Missoula three years ago I ended up meeting Russell and Rochelle and got to go home! Sweet As!!

A more moody one to finish, congratulations Russell and Rochelle - a truly wonderful day. Thank you for having the faith I would be there! Talk to you soon, all the best, Crackle
